His evolution was a medley of asking for help, learning from other leaders in the industry in order to establish himself as a leading voice in the space, networking and a willingness to take risks and stand-up for much needed change in the name of diversity. Nate advises on how to get your foot in the door with little experience and how creativity coupled with professionalism can be the first step in opening the door to a new career.
