We had the privilege of hosting Jorge Orozco, CEO of LA County USC Medical Center who spoke at our first Future Of Work Conference held at Pasadena City College in November of 2019. In this episode we feature his talk that raised the point that it is absolutely crucial for the employees at LAC-USC to have shared life experiences with their clients, which poses the question of how to prepare students for this requirement from an educational stand point.
